Job Responsibility
• Coordinate and arrange installation details with customer and installation team with input from sales team.
• Conduct strict stock keeping duties, (receiving, outgoing and returns)
• Ensuring all information about installation works is compiled properly and passed to Management.
• Handle all documentation arrangements, include good received, good to order, and good returns.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Preferred administrative background


Job Responsibility
• Install, maintain, and repair digital locks and access control systems.
• Offer top-notch customer service and technical support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Provide remote or in-person tech support.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams.
• Manage parts and tools inventory.
