Job Responsibility

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, inspecting, servicing, and repairing our products while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires technical aptitude, hands-on experience, and exceptional customer service skills.

Job Responsibility
• Install, maintain, and repair digital locks and access control systems at customer locations.
• Provide high-quality customer service and technical support
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues with digital locks and access control systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on digital locks and access control systems.
• Provide technical support to customers over the phone, or in-person.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to provide technical expertise to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools needed for installations and service calls.

Job Requirements
• Demonstrated technical proficiency and experience with installation and maintenance of electronic equipment (training will be provided for our specific systems).
• Proficiency in woodworking is an asset.
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers to understand and address their needs.
