Job Responsibilities:
- Understand our products and industry trends to effectively present solutions.
- Generate leads through various channels and nurture relationships for repeat business.
- Create and negotiate sales proposals, closing deals to achieve targets.
- Stay updated with industry developments and continuously enhance skills.
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English and/or Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with mandarin speaking client; security industry knowledge preferred.

- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills, including technical proficiency.

Job Responsibilities:
- Able to carry out smart lock service works on customer site.
- In charged of all customer related installation & service tasks and follow up.
- Ensure all service and installation tasks are carried out professionally by technical team.
- Promptly responding to customer’s installation / service / product issues.
- Manage technical team and have weekly meetings to update and follow up progress,
- Lease with Supplier / Factory regarding technical issues & spare parts.
- Stay updated with industry developments and continuously enhance skills.
Job Requirements:
- Experience & Knowledge in tools usage for woodworking and metal working is advantage.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English and/or Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with technical team from China.
- Fresh grad are welcome!
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
